Cup of Stars Pendant - Silver

The Cup is a symbol that has taken many different forms and meanings throughout history. It can represent femininity, knowledge and the pursuit of perfection. In more recent history, The Cup is most widely known as a minor arcana suit of the tarot card deck and broadly relates to emotions and relationships.

This pendant has no particular meaning behind it but is an exploration of our fascination of The Cup as a symbol throughout human history. The pendant features 4 stars on the inside of the cup, for no reason other than I like to imagine what it would be like to drink the stars.

This pendant is cast in solid sterling silver from a mould of an original wax carving, and weighs 7.5 grams.
